Misuse

Jurisdiction
The federal, state, provincial, or national laws and regulatory authority applicable to the User based on their location and the location of the Company.
1. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to access this website or purchase Products.
By using this site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Misrepresentation of your age voids any permission to access or use this website and may result in immediate termination of access.
2. Research Use Only
All Products offered by the Company are intended strictly and exclusively for laboratory research, in-vitro study, and non-human research applications.

7. All Sales Final
